JRS Rentals, LLC/Rose Meadows is a very nice mobile home community located at 620 park Street in Newbern, TN. This mobile home community is unlike any you have seen in this area before. We are in the process of replacing all homes with newer, nicer models. Water, sewer, and garbage are supplied with all homes. We are also in the process of installing a large underground storm shelter for the park. Watch for the changes that going to take place over the next few months as we move in new homes and complete the project.
